An awesome Disney on Ice experience
We brought the kids to watch Disney on Ice - Treasure Trove on its opening night.
It was our first ever Disney on Ice experience - the boys were besides themselves with excitement the whole day - and we came away really impressed!
We loved all the snippets from the much-loved Disney cartoons, old and new. From Toy Story, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Lion King and lastly, all the Disney Princesses.
I really liked how the performances were very varied and energy-packed. My boys sat rooted to their seats from the start of the show till the end (almost 2.5 hours long) - now that's a feat!
The boys were most excited to see Mickey Mouse and gang. I grew up watching Disney cartoons so it was a special treat for me to see all the characters from my fave cartoons like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sebastien and Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Belle from Beauty and the Beast and the Lion King.
Ah, I really must re-introduce these classic cartoons to the boys soon!
It's true no one does magic like Disney. Now I am *really* tempted to make that trip to Disneyland. Yes, with all three kids in tow! :)
