first disease
Wow, my first disease in China. Guess Chinese microbes are too tough for my immune system. I caught a cold, but it lead to acute bronchitis just in two days! Not very pleasant experience, of course. For 3 days I couldn't get up from bed because of high temperature, didn't eat anything - I was only sleeping all day long. Today I feel much better, hope it ends soon. This time I'm really glad I am a doctor myself, so I just stay at home and tell my boyfriend what medicine I need. He also made me injections (he's a doctor, too, but he's a surgeon, so he doesn't know much how to treat things like that). I don't trust Chinese doctors, because most of them just use expensive drugs without thinking. That's not right, if the medicine is expensive, it doesn't mean it's the best for you. I'll go to a Chinese hospital only if I have no other choice, but things like bronchitis I can cure by myself.
