(no subject)
Well, I should be at work right now, but this turned out to be a not so good weekend...Saturday afternoon I noticed my cat Pixie had thrown up her food and seemed lathargic, it only got worse into Sunday and by then she wasn't eating at all, tried giving her some milk just so she'd have something and that came right up too, and a little blood..so over to the emergency vet we went and they kept her overnight cause she did have a fever but her blood work was fine. Her x rays are questionable though, she may have some kind of mass behind her stomach but they are not sure. I had to get her this morning and take her over to the regular vet to continue fluids since she still has a fever and is dehydrated. I just have a feeling this isn't good..I know she's around 15 years old but i just don't get it, Before Saturday afternoon she was just fine. :(
They'll be calling in a few hours with an update..I can't deal with work today.
B will be flying out to Arizona in a few hours which I don't mind that he has to go on a business trip, but the timing isn't good with what's going on..he's nervous too but I know he'll do fine.
I think I need to take a nap.
