Front split

There are exercises, which help people to become more flexible and they are called stretching. This isn’t yoga, there is no any special breathing techniques, just exercises which help to stretch muscles. So what I want to propose you is a stretching workout which helps to learn front split without much pain and injuries.

Neat- out of my stretching league, but I hadn't really thought about particular stretches as being the product of a particular series.

To say frankly i was taught to do a general stretching for a whole body, but i really wanted to learn those beautiful splits and i was always in search for exercises which can make easier the way to my goals and gradually my whole body stretching workout became so long that it became impossible to do everything during one training. And i started to divide it on smaller parts according to goal of my workouts. Even now if i will do all exercise for opening my thighs it will take more the 3 hours, so i divided it even more, because not every time i have so much time and patience :) So that was how i came up with an idea to train for front split or middle split or whatever.
