Perhaps you've viewed the newest TGI Friday's commercial that advises you to "forget about grabbing a bite and letting a bite grab you." (Insert disgusted groan here.)
It goes further to advise allowing Friday's to take over your senese until "your tastebuds explode like fireworks."
Since when is it liguistically ethical to confuse an audience in a violent maze of figurative language?
