It's official - I'm an insomniac. Celebrated my going to bed at 9pm last night only to face the 'nightmare' of thoughts bugging me for the next 4 hrs! It didn't work. Very close to a nervous breakdown realised something very handy - to feel better all you gotta do is plan or find something interesting in your calendar to look forward and get you through the gloomy days. Very simple solution and I think it's for real. Was very confused by some peeps not coming to London last wkend... :) what happenened? oh and is your trip after graduating a warwick community access only or...?
