I have one of these carbines. I put a Sightmark Ultra-Shot QD on it (http://www.amazon.com/Sightmark-Ultra-Sight-Digital-Switch/dp/B004TDIDW6/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1395450564&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=Sightmark+qd) and zeroed at 50 yards. I bought a couple of 30 round magazines for it from Beretta (mine takes the 92 mags). I call it my laser rifle, because it is so dang accurate. Look through the optic, put the dot on target, and start shooting. Recoil is so minimal you can rapidly put round after round into virtually the same hole (or make yourself a nice ragged hole).
