Скорее всего их никогда не использовали. Провели испытания, показали фото - и всё. Возможно параллельно проверяли 2 системы и предпочли "Спайк" на "Кобре".

Известно в каком году было это заявление? В 1982 г. - сомневаюсь, скорее всего в Южном Ливане в последующие годы.
