Much gentler than the last one.

I picked this one out myself; that may be why.

Did you like the other one better?

It would follow.

Yes, for my own preference.

I like them both. I almost posted Baudelaire, though.

Say what you will about Whitman, but I like this.

The last two stanzas are quite possibly my new favorite thing ever. Do people not like Whitman?

I'm glad you liked it.

Some don't. I had a friend who loathed the man, which is why I always put on a caveat.

I guess some of his stuff has a reputation for being a bit pastoral, but that's not giving it much of a chance.

I also just recently found this, which is totally disturbing but pretty interesting, especially at the end.

Oh, e.e. cummings. I actually like him, but this is my favorite: somewhere i have never travelled.

Hello, I think your website is well put together, but it's not very likely that I'll be making any donations.

I was looking at that just the other day! The last stanza especially - I like how he deviates from the typical structure of the eyes speaking in their own way, instead he devises his own imagery.

Oh, thank you! That's all right, I think my clever euphemism for "payment" will get fulfilled one way or another; my rates are lower right now than they will be once I'm on all the high-up directories.

I don't think we've spoken before?

No; I'm sorry, I was following the friend's list of someone else, and this caught my attention. I don't know if this is the exact etiquette for striking up correspondance through the internet - but I don't think there is one?

Anyway. You have good taste. I'm Rose.

Generally speaking it all tends to fall together at whim, which suits me just fine. It's good to meet you; I'm Hasibe.
