I spent the evening at a celebration for family held at the Manitoba Club on Broadway. What a cool place. It's 100 years old, full of history, and just beautiful on the inside. While most of my evening was just wandering around and occcasionally schmoozing, the end was definitely the highlight. After going on building tour which took us to the "very back corner of the tindle-stone basement" wine cellar where we saw ridiculously expensive wines, I played Snooker in the 1920's style billiard parlour on a gorgeous Snooker table from over 100 years ago.
I ask you, does it get any better? No, no it does not.
