Taking a break from all the cleaning, laundry, and unpacking to accomplish some things on the internet... thought I'd post. :) Yesterday was Halloween of course. Mikey, Justin, and I took Kayleigh trick or treating in my parent's hood... didn't want to take her around an appartment complex... suck. Kayleigh dressed up as a princess... and again, I didn't have a fucking camera. I'm slowly and steadily making my way into the bad mom book. Hopefully will have a camera soon... I made a joke to Mikey while we were in Target the other day about him buying me a camera, but he actually seems to be into it. We even compared cameras and what not. Cool with me. I finally told my mom that I was pregnant... Ha ha! I'm due January 19th, and I just told her last night. Oh well. We haven't told Mikey's parents yet. They're going to be the last to know. Except for maybe Tyler. He hasn't asked anything yet... maybe he hasn't noticed. Mom shockingly didn't make a big deal about it. She said that she figured it out a little while ago because my stomach was getting bigger, but the rest of me wasn't and because I don't normally dress as sloppy as I have been (thanks mom... didn't have any maternity clothes). Finally, at age 22, my parents have kinda learned to stay out of my shit. Took a lot of fighting and me ignoring them, but they finally got the message. Thinking about going to Kentucky on Monday, or next Monday. We finally finished cleaning and painting our old appartment yesterday... took the whole day but we finally got the keys turned in. It's been like 3 weeks straight now that we've been busting our asses between the 2 appartments, and I'm thinking that we should take a surprise day trip soon before the weather goes to shit to reward ourselves... take a little break and all. So yeah, Kentucky. Thinking about going to Mammoth cave. It's not too far, and it's pretty and family oriented. No super tough hiking, I'm pretty sure Kayleigh can handle it, she's got a shit load of energy. Should be really pretty now too with the leaves changing and all. I'll have to email my mom for directions. Well back to work... bye.
