40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

Where has that old friend gone
Lost in a February song
Tell him it won't be long
Til he opens his eyes, opens his eyes
Where is that simple day
Before colors broke into shades
And how did I ever fade
Into this life, into this life

And I never want to let you down
Forgive me if I slip away
When all that I've known is lost and found
I promise you I, I'll come back to you one day

Morning is waking up
And sometimes it's more than just enough
When all that you need to love
Is in front of your eyes
It's in front of your eyes

And I never want to let you down
Forgive me if I slip away
Sometimes it's hard to find my ground
Cause I keep on falling as I try to get away
From this crazy world

And I never want to let you down
Forgive me if I slip away
When all that I've known is lost and found
I promise you I, I'll come back to you one day

Where has that old friend gone
Lost in a February song
Tell him it won't be long
Til he opens his eyes
Opens his eyes

February Song - Josh Groban

ETA: This end-of-the-year meme, taken from an entry of mine last year:

Use the first sentence of the first entry of each month.

January: I hope you all stay safe and happy during the celebration that's going on all over the country this evening.
February: In recent days, I've come to realize a few pet peeves...
March: I pulled a muscle in my lower back yesterday while moving the furniture in the girls' room and it is on fire at the moment, so I'll try to make this entry short.
April: Why does everyone say that the Magic sucks when they're currently ranked #3 in the Southeast Division?
May: Still reeling from the shocking [albeit familiar] Supernatural finale...and felt in need of a couple of good memes.
June: Because Chat did it...I had to copy.
July: From hijinx400: [link to this meme] Your results: You are Superman. (HEEE!!)
August: Well, what an interesting week it has been for me so far.
September: So ya'll remember that I had an Alias-related dream a couple of weeks ago about there being a movie out without my knowledge...
October: I survived our three-day Smokey Mountain hiking trip and I lived to talk about it!
November: I was trying to DL a few new songs for my nephew and discovered that once I got to the shopping cart, that they are now FORCING me to upgrade to iTunes 7.0.
December: From auntof3: [meme] Comment and I'll give you a letter; then you list 10 things you love that begin with that letter.

tv: alias, family, marriage, meme, kids, superheroes, singer: josh groban
