what is wrong with this society!!

Yeh, I never post here...I'm not the type of person who is open with his feelings, but when something pisses me off...I feel I need to share it with everybody. This 25-year-old guy in Florida was stabbed to death and left on the side of the road to die. The reason he was stabbed echoes the reason Matthew Shepard was murdered: because he made a move on them. That is just FUCKED UP. If ever there was a reason for somebody to get the needle, it's crimes like this. I'm tired of fucking dealing with this intolerance. What's worse is Bush isn't helping things. The Right-Wing is (or was) in control; least that's gone. I can't stand this country anymore. After reading the article about his death, I was in tears. This man made an impact with EVERY person he met. Why the fuck was HE murdered? I know, I don't know him; but it's the principle. Anyways, here is the article. Honestly, I can't even begin to imagine how his family and friends feel; or even how his parents must feel. The worst thing in the world is for a parent to a lose child. I guess I take solace in the fact that the murders were caught and indicted. I'll be happy when they are convicted and sentenced to death. I suppose life without parole would be acceptable, but a death sentence would be better. It would send a message to the world: commit a hate crime and you will receive a possible death sentence. It should be a capital offense. Too bad New York abolished the death penalty, Florida didn't though!
