As of Late

So the last week has been a bit of a Rollercoaster week for me. Thursday Tom and I started Apartment hunting after doing some major research on some place and got to 3 apartment complexes we liked 2 of them and just walked right in and out of the third. We were pretty happy with the two we saw and would be happy getting a place in either one. Then after apartment hunting we hit up Joes on Weed Street for a little Spazmatics action. The show was fun. The Spazmatics were having a blast with their 80's shinanigans giving tom a lot of crap calling him charlie brown and stuff. Dollar beers made the evening even more enjoyable. Unfortunately when I got back to my car I found that my passenger vent window had been broken and someone had broken into my car. Man was I pissed! They took my MP3 player my cd's and my BOWLING BALL and Shoes! why the bowling ball?!?! We assume they wanted to smash another window in with it and probable steal some more stuff. Hey who knows, maybe they will steal some more stuff and then they will catch these guys and get my stuff back! that would be great. But probably not. So fuming mad on thursday night I called the police and filed a report. On the way home I called work and told them I wasn't going to be in on Friday and so spent the day on friday with insurance and figuring out how much it would cost to get my window fixed. I filed a claim with my homeowners and hopefully I will get some money back from them to be able to buy a new mp3 player and cover the cost of my repairs. We shall see. Saturday was a better day though. Tom, Mal and I went out look at more places and Tom and I found one more place that we really liked. So later this week Tom and I are going to sit down and really figure out which place we want. Its in between the Town Home style apartment at Williamsburg and the apartment at Village on the Lake. Personally I'm leaning towards Village on the Lake. I don't think its going to consolidate my commute, but I like it a little better. The walls are supposed to be thicker plus they have a ton more amenities included there. We shall see. After apartment hunting we headed over to Fox and the Hound for some Beth B-Day fun. It was a good time got to see chad and Bizzaro Tom, also Bev came out to have a good time. Erin was there and haven't seen her in a long time. The evening was really enjoyable. Sunday i decided to take it easy. Just played with the new receiver I bought on saturday and stefan came over and we played some FIFA World Cup 2006. Oh Man is that game alot of fun. The controls are going to take some getting used to but that is defintely on my list of things to buy along with Guitar Hero when I go out and get a PS2.

Today should be some good times too. we are going to catch fireworks in the city, hopefully it won't rain on us. Tomorrow going to the tast with Mal and her friends for the 4th. Wednesday Tom and I are going to make our decision on the Apartment. Thursday I am meeting with a financial advisorm gonna have a written financial plan(exciting), Friday Buying food for Saturday. Saturday big fiesta!! Make it out if you can!! It should be good times.

In Conclusion week was good with the exception of Thursday night. But if I can get a decent amount of money back, Ya right its an insurance company they won't give me SHIT!. but one can hope. anyways if I can get some money back then atleast thursday would be nothing more then just a hassle.
