Nerds

A nerd is not someone that constantly declares that he or she is a nerd, Webster’s says a nerd is an unstylish, unattractive, or socially inept person; especially one slavishly devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits. More recently (and more commonly) it has come to mean a person who is more in tune with technology than others. Simply walking around and calling yourself a nerd to be grouped with them does not make you a nerd. You must truly have a bond with technology. If anything, constantly saying you are a nerd makes you less of a nerd. Think of all the truly nerdy people you know, do they declare that they are nerds? I don't think so...
