F*** Hot Topic!
Life is good right now socialwise. I've been meeting new friends, as well as re-establishing old relationships with friends of the past. Been doing the regular vacation stuff. Good mix of hanging around at my house and at other people's houses. Went to 77's show at Just Java last night. It was kick ass other than the fact that THE CROWD SUCKED! No matter. What small amount of people were there got their money's worth, and they'll be able to spread the word. I was commissioned to film the event. I'll be making rough-cut tapes tomorrow and maybe even a CD if I'm able to. I'm still running on my older computer system, so I'm still not able to edit much. The new system should be up and running by the 1st. That's when the real fun will begin...
I'll also be renewing my permit (FINALLY) tomorrow as well as turn in the application to Ralph's I filled out earlier tonight. Oh yea, when I got back from Ocean Beach. Me, Mike, Jon, and Nikki went up to Nikki's aunt's house in Ocean Beach. We watched the tape from last night's show for the first time on an actual TV. I was relieved to see that both sound and picture came out pretty good. After that, we went around town to check out the shops...... Can't tell you much else, or I'll have to kill you....
SKIPPING AHEAD... It was windy and cold as all hell outside (i know, hell isn't cold, shutup!) so we weren't out for long. We came back, watched one of my favorite stupid monster movies and had a very nice homecooked meal. Thanks Nikki's aunt!
Damn that was a lot. I just told you every little detail about today basically. I coulda just said "Yea I went to Ocean Beach and stuff". Oh well, I felt like writing I guess. Adieu.
