I'm impressed by the amount of free time some ppl have. First to watch something they don't enjoy, than to write about why they don't enjoy it. It's fascinating.
My suggestion - if a certain tv show makes you THAT frustrated, find yourself another one. It's quite easy. There is a difference between not being happy with everything that happens on your show and complaining all the time. First is absolutely fine, second means it's time to stop watching.
IMHO getting all worked up over a tv show is not healthy. And simply not worth it.
