We really enjoyed both of them - your metaphorical usage is both insane and oddly compelling, and I’d like to make you a proposition concerning them. Namely: we’d like to use “Molotov” for our story anthology, after a few edits, which include incorporating some of the images from your other piece. Some of your descriptions of suburbia would be apt and fitting for “Molotov,” and would make it a stronger read.
