Request: Graphics Help/Making & Anyone interested in RP board?

Hi there! I have two requests, if that's all right:
First, one related to graphics: I'm apping for Charles/Professor X on an RP board (which I'm not mentioning here or on my other post by name simply because I don't want to make anyone feel left out or something, with my second request, and I'd like to talk to people first if that makes sense) and I haven't even been accepted yet, so this is all very hypothetical. However, in order to work on being accepted, I need to properly submit my application, and in order to do so I need a picture t put on it to make it look pretty the way they'd like. The issue is that I need a picture, preferably, of McAvoy!Charles with little or no hair, due to storyline things that I'll explain a bit in request the second.
Request the second: It occurs to me that asking this where more than one person could reply is a little bit unfair and I don't mean to be, but I'm basically fishing around for someone who'd be interested in an Avengers-movieverse-based RP that includes X-Men and other Marvel characters. Perhaps I'm flattering myself, but I like to say that Charles Xavier is my spirit animal in many and nearly all forms I've ever been exposed to him in. I'm not sure if everyone would like my character interpretation, but we're all different. Anyway, I'm really excited about the prospect of this board, but they're also still in need of an Erik/Magneto, and I'm posting on these two main Charles/Erik communities because I'd love to have someone who was at least open to this within the context of the RP. However, you'd also need to be interested in more broadly being-Magneto, too. In this RP, because I'd like to adjust Charles's age since the original trilogy's aging is really difficult to synch up with the Avengers movieverse in 2012-ish, and I have a bit of a soft-spot for XMFC Charles, though I have the utmost respect for older!him as well and want to include some of that in my character, too, I intend to use a story involving Scarlet Witch (whom I also intend to app if things go well, overachiever me) and de-aging and healing of his paralysis via her magic and some other things. This de-aging idea seemed far more palpable to the admins at this RP than simply starting with a younger!Charles or Erik, especially given Erik's historically-based background feeling so central.
