You lost Kerry the White House. Stop blaming it on conspiracies, voting machines, rampant redneck oppression, etc. Typical liberal response... to blame everyone else for your problems. It is your own damn fault. It's called karma, you pigs.
5 months ago, I thought Kerry was a lock to win this race. Between the failures in Iraq, the scandals, the lack of intelligence in the CIA and the lack of intelligence in Bush's head... how could he not lose by a landslide?
But you managed to do it. With your negativity. With your rabid name-calling and your condescending attitudes. The multitude of stupid arguments and questions. The annoying constant yelling and screaming, minus any substance.
I can't count the number of times over the past month I've witnessed someone admit that they are voting for Bush, only to be glared at and gang-banged by their coworkers with "HOW can you vote for Bush?!?!" or "But Bush is so stupid!" or "Bush is evil... you can't vote for Bush!" Way to win people over... by telling them they're stupid.
Well, you certainly got a message across. Unfortunately the message to swing voters is that liberals are fucking irritating as hell.
It's funny how many people I've run into who are just completely stunned by the results. People are really baffled. They can hardly believe that Bush actually won... because all you hear night and day (outside of talk radio) is about how terrible/stupid Bush is.
But that's what happens when you shout down everyone else's opinion w/ your stupidity, rather than making an honest attempt to win people over. You annoy the people that really matter, who just shut up and voice their opinions where it really matters, at the polls.
Kerry could and would have won this election. I have no doubt in my mind that a good 1-5% of Bush voters were originally undecided votes who were turned off primarily by the overbearing attitude from the likes of Moore, dumb xangans, retarded hollywood actors and their ilk.
But no... you people just couldn't shut the fuck up. At some point, Bush became less stupid than liberals were irritating. And that's what lost Kerry the election. Stupid is bad, but irritating is worse. Lesser of two evils.
