Dixie Highway.
So, yeah, today I got my new truck. I actually purchased the truck on Saturday. The door hinges were lose and the passenger seat adjustment lock didnt adjust, so the dealer fixed it all for today. I bought a blue, extended cab 2001 Chevrolet S-10 with a 4.3 liter V6. It's quite nice. I got it for 12,000 dollars, or 220 bucks a month. They actually gave me 1,200 dollars for my piece of shit Ford Taurus. I take great pride in the fact I will NEVER see that shitbox again. :) Going back a few days, on July 8th Dave L, and I went to the Sounds Of The Underground tour. And it fucking owned. GWAR was simply amazing. I was completely soaked in the "blood" they shot at the crowd. Chimaira and Lamb Of God tore shit up. Too much headbanging has hurt your author's neck. We met Every Time I Die, Chimaira, Throwdown, and the bass player for GWAR.....they all signed our Jagermeister posters. It ruled. I got a nice Chimaira t shirt for only 20 bucks and also caught a pick from the band. Tits. So, things have been going better for me over the past few months: a new job, new guitar, patched things up with Adam, saved some money, and got a new fucking truck. Maybe I can work on that girlfriend thing. Any takers? Does anyone want to go to the abandoned Dixie Square Mall with me which is on Dixie Highway? Girlfriend?
