Random thoughts, crossposted from my Tumblr:

• His hair has gotten whiter (though it still hasn't made it all the way to the back of his head), and yet he still looks, and sounds, younger than he has in years. (Damn right he doesn't miss all the stress of a daily show.)
  
• I'm not sure whether to weep with joy or howl with rage over the Maddow mention. I think the latter is winning.
  
• He's wearing an engraved gold band on his right hand - his father's wedding ring, perhaps? Not the first time we've seen it post-firing.
  
• Speaking of which, WHO THE FUCK DIDN'T KNOW CURRENT FIRED HIS ASS? I mean, seriously, Larry. This whole interview has been softball questions so far, but that was a fucking SNOWball.
