Emmys will proceed without Keith
Despite being a nominee, Keith tweets that he'll skip the Emmy ceremony in favor of doing
his show and appearing on Lawrence's first solo outing tonight. He's in the running for the
on-air tribute to his mom entitled "A Baseball Fan Named Marie" which he delivered two days
after her death last year.
Keith won an Edward R. Murrow Award for the same essay, it was announced earlier
this year (award to be presented next month, on Oct. 11).
Hope you win the Emmy, too, Keith!
