1973- broken thumb
1980-Hitting head on subway train- limited depth perception.
1989- broken pelvis (mentioned in The Big Show book)
2005- benign tumor on roof of mouth from smoking
2006- emergency appendectomy
2007- broken foot
2009- rotator cuff tear in shoulder

Am I missing any? One more injury and I'm going to NYC myself to wrap this man in bubble-wrap XD
