Awesome Band Alert
OK, I'm hyper about a band and since I don't have an assistant,I gotta share with you.
So, Jesse from the awesome Philly band Make A Rising (pictured below)
referred me to this insane band from DC called Rude Staircase
...and as is this case with a lot of bands that send me demos I let their CD sit around for a month or so..So today I popped it in and WHOA! It's incredible, absolutely weird but extremely smart. I want this band, but alas there is no band to have. Just one person who needs to move out DC and get a band together.
I'm gonna stay on that one person to get a band together. In the meantime, here's a track for your listening pleasure:

For some reason, listening to this CD made me feel like even if I have to shuffle through 50 or 60 more years of this poverty stricken life, God will reward me on the other side for supporting all these weirdos.
