So, I am giving interviews today for a receptionist. Every person has at least a bachelor's degree and several have masters degrees. I have asked two questions as baseline for truth and to see how their thought process work.
1) What is your favorite house plant. (most common answer - Ivy, beacuse they are easy).
2) Who was the first person to sign the U.S. Declaration of Independance? (only one person has gotten it right out of 14).
Had a good weekend at Pleasant Hill CW re-enactment. Got training on the cannon I am going to get in a few months. We did a good job of playing federal (48th Ohio). Had to leave early Sunday to move a horse though.
