So I am officially a college graduate. I now have a B.A. in biology, like I desperately want one in biology. But on the bright side, Pres. Beck says I'm very good at Labanotation and should pursue it later in my career, go to grad. school at Ohio State (the center of lots of things Laban) and yes, please ask her for letters of recomendation, or anything else I might need and she'll do what she can for me. By the time she was done telling me all this, my head was swollen to the point of bursting, and I'm still waiting for it to go back to its usual size. So yes, I am the Labanotation queen. And apparently, not to many people are actually good at this. Which is peachy with me as I don't imagine that there is really that inexaustible a demand for that skill. Anyways. I got my application into Columbia, I think I still have to get a letter of recomendation and an official transcript. other than that, I have a few weeks to clean up the yard, garage, pets, and myself, and to see various people who are actually here before I take off from Livermore again on July 5th. My list of people to see is relatively small though, as I have next to no friends here anymore. kind of sad, really. Everyone my age is off at internships, or overseas. Oh well. I guess it cuts down on the number of distractions from various chores.
