So. Upon the release of the last Potter book, I had a visitor, my roommate from last year, T. She arrived early Thursday morning (around 4:45 a.m.) via her current roommate's vehicle. I am still impressed by their three-day coast-to-coast journey.
In any case, I Amazoned my copy some time ago, and it arrived on Saturday. We shared it for a few days (me allowing her to read at night; I had MNP to keep me company Saturday and Sunday nights, after all) until Monday, when she purchased her own copy.
T. flew back west yesterday, and I finished the book yesterday evening. "Rawkin'!" I said to myself, thinking how fun it would be to experience the last scouring of LJ posts after an HP book release evah. So. LJ being what it is and the universe being as it is, I was only mildly surprised that it had suffered an outage.
So. Today I'll try to catch up and post my own comments. It's so everyone else, but it'd be stupid not to.
