So we close on our house tomorrow. Juan and I are in a sea of boxes, packing some of our last seven years up to take to the new house, leaving some behind, throwing some away.... Or not. There is a shit ton of stuff to pack and I haven't even made a real dent in it. I got about half the kitchen done, the bathroom, Juan got most of the hall closet and part of the living room.
It's pretty surreal. I'm really amazed we even have a house, let alone that it will belong to us tomorrow! I'm also kind of pissy about the whole thing, but oh well.
I closed down my shop tonight for a week so we can move.
On another note, I'm REALLY getting sick of a few people's behavior around me. I haven't had a lot of time to really dwell on it with the moving and all, but one of these days....
