That's two and a half hours of my life I will not get back. What on earth was the point of that film? From what I could tell those that liked it had never watched the series with any regularity. The characters have regressed if that was at all possible. Shallow, shallow, shallow. It wasn't particularly funny either.

I never watched the series with any sort of regularity (maybe caught about three or four eps towards the end?) but I did think it was a very intelligent show. And then I saw the trailer for Sex in the City 2 and I wanted to throw something at the TV.
