(no subject)
So I had one puking two weekends ago, and then she had strep throat, now the oldest one just puked, but thank God she made it to the toilet. She was running a fever yesterday. I bet strep throat is next. I looked at my hubby on the other couch and informed him I will not be in work tomorrow. GUARANTEED! I had to clean up the last mess in the bathroom. It wasn't to bad, but YUCK! Lysol, scrub, wash hands, lysol, scrub, wash hands, wash hands, wash hands! Yep, I don't want to get it! Ewwww, she just threw up again and this time she didn't make it! Poor baby! All taken care of and a bucket on the floor of her bedroom!!!
Ok so this weekend was boring. I didn't do anything special. Just house stuff that I guess needed to be done. I want to get the basement straightened out, but the hubby threw his back out on Friday at work. So that all went to hell in a hand basket. Maybe next weekend. Oh, I doubt it, the hubby and his Dad are going with the Welsh neighbor to watch England vs. Wales in a rugby match. Her hubby is out of town and my hubby said he would go. Last year my FIL met the neighbors at the bar where the game was held and had a great time. So maybe on Sunday. We'll see.
I think I go to my Mom's with the girls on Saturday and if they need a ride home from the bar, I will gladly go and pick them up.
We did go to the neighbors on Saturday night for homemade pizza. It was good, but my time was short lived because I had one kid sick at home and I had to come back to hang out, which was fine with me. I did drink some non-alcoholic apple wine, which was actually pretty good. But my first sip and I was thinking, this would taste a bit better with some vodka. Oh ya, the party girl was just thinking!
I NEED TO GO AND SEE A CONCERT!!! I'M JONESING! Queen w/ Roger Waters is coming March 24th which is a Friday night! Yep, I'm going to that one!
