i'm o.d.ing on olympic swimming

my brother's 19th birthday was today

he got a new computer
^/for attempting to 'practice compassion'
we went shopping too, for school things
^/some places in europe are holding demonstrations--protests
i bought a new dress
^/they lock people in mock cages with mock wounds from being whipped, and tortured
we ate at the olive garden, trevor's girlfriend came
^/but still, so many die
maybe people become astronauts to try and run away from the world
