A cute story idea. <3

This is Lulu. :3 He is not to be confused with Lelouch Lamperouge.
Lulu is childish and very playful. He is in love with Sephy and also very protective towards him. He is also very emotional and loves to show affection to his best friend/crush. :3 It's mostly just fluffy stuff like, cuddling, hugging, kissing his cheeks, nose and forehead... just to get him to blush. Lulu is quite open too but usually only to Sephy. He loves sweet things, like candy, fruit and anything that has a sweet sugary taste. He also likes Sushi and ramune drinks. :3 Lulu loves squeaky toys or anything that is cute like plushies. Lulu also has ADHD but its mild so it usually just affects his inattentivness and his hyperactivity.
Lulu is usually very impulsive and sometimes running around but when he knows that Sephy needs him to calm him down, he's there in a split second to hold him and keep him from having a panic attack. Lulu also has borderline to mild mental retardation, since he functions at the level of an eight year old. XD

Sephy is the opposite of Lulu. In fact, he is very quite and somewhat of an Aspie. He only mingles with Lulu and has a huge crush on him. Sephy is actually very shy and tends to blush alot when he's around his best friend. He doesn't interact with anyone other than Lulu and usually tries to avoid large crowds, usually if he's with Lulu then he doesn't have anything to be afraid of. Sephy doesn't like loud noises but he finds them tolerable as soon as he is away from the source of it. He doesn't talk much and enjoys things such as reading, drawing and writing as well. The only time he is really talkative is when he's around Lulu.
Lulu is also Sephy's security blanket. Without Lulu, Sephy can't function and tends to be more timid and very panicky. He also has agoraphobia which causes him to feel more fearful in situations that aren't in his usual zone of safety. He also fears having panic attacks in public. Lulu keeps him safe by holding his hand and doesn't let go unless he is asked to.

I'll try to come up with more to say about them later. XD I plan on writing fanficitons about them because I think it would be cute. Also, I advise that you don't use them as your own characters. These are my own personal characters who I love very much. I did not draw them but I still treasure them very much.
