did anyone manage to get a sparkly version of the funko twilight that just came out? i ordered a few but they were all normal ):. gonna remove the wings of one at least

Yeah my friend and I did some digging on that guy and we found his ebay account where he jacks up the prices on things he buys (even from people on the arena). He's nice enough I guess, but I won't buy from him because I know he's a scalper. That's why he kept buying all the glitters in all the stores near him. For me, since I'm a collector I usually stop when I find my own set, unless I'm looking for one for a friend. I just don't understand the scalping thing.
Haha it's really funny because I thought the same thing when I saw you posting there. My friend ordered a few Twilights hoping for some glitters and I already told her if she got an extra one I'd make sure it got to you... but she only got regulars. :/ Sadly.
I might check some of my other (slightly further away) Hot Topic stores while my friend is visiting, and if I find another glitter Twilight I'll make sure you get it. :b
Otherwise just try stalking the eBay prices (I can always bid on one for you too if you need me to) or the arena for people who don't raise the prices by ridiculous amounts like he does. Seems like twilight glitter is pretty common compared to trixie, anyway, since there's so many more sightings of her. I think you should be able to get one.
ugh that sucks ): i'm usually pretty trusting of arena members too. i figured he was just trying to get a glitter or two with his first order but then he started buying all the glitters from local hot topics...
thank you for thinking of me. ;-; i ordered 3 when they were discounted but nothing. i would go to a store myself but OOPS CANADA. any help finding it would be great since i really like the funko figures and i was waiting for twilight for ages, though i would have preferred unicorn only.
i'll message you if i need help on ebay. the stupid shipping program charges customs fees in advance, upwards of $10 for a $20 purchase, and that's on top of shipping and handling and the seller doesnt see any of that money. you can't even see how much extra you pay until you commit to buy, and that is ridiculous because we don't even pay taxes for that shit here!
oh also, i don't know what area you're in since i know you moved a bit, but i'll be hitting up disneyland with a friend of mine from may 3rd-8th if you wanna hang. :U

Yea my friend ordered 3 of each and got all regulars. She's gonna give me an extra Twilight though so I can take her wings off. I agree too. I wish they had done unicorn Twilight. I don't hate the alicorn twilight but it seems pointless?? I dunno. I'd rather they made her wings folded down on the Funko figure anyway. With those giant wings she looks way too cluttered.

Oh! I might be able to? I'm not sure yet. I still live in the area. Same city as before, actually, just a different house. My brother works there and might be able to get me in free, but I'll have to see for sure. If he can, I'd love to hang out some more. :D
