SHE'S ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!
So, what happened to my June post of SC? Well... It's technically ready? But... I wanted to look it over one last time before posting. But life has gotten in the way.
(Also gaming: Massss Effeeeect)
And when I do anything with writing, it's usually my original fiction 'FNE'.
Also I'm a little annoyed that I still have to get the chapter after this one (can never remember the chapter number I'm on.) rewritten. I'm half tempted to toss that entire chapter and end the Halifax Arc with this chapter.
Mostly this is a post to update on WTF is going with SC for any that might be wondering.
Life stuff? Kids have both graduated to the next grade: First and Third. They are currently playing with mommy's hair. Hopefully I won't need to hack it with scissors to get all the hair things out when they go to bed. XD
Work is insane. Some days I feel like agreeing to the new position was taking on more than I could handle. At the same time, this challenge is probably good for keeping me from stagnating like I did back when I worked at Wal-mart. .
I always think I can find some time to do some writing, and then my days get filled with random shtuff. Like tomorrow is my 'run dad around on his errands' day, which combines with his 'spend time with his grandkids he hasn't seen almost all school year' day. Then Friday is an all day event with mum and kids.
Also, Mass Effect. It consumed the soul for like a month or two. And i still haven't beat the third game. After crazy days at work, it's really the only thing that I wanna do, sit in front of the computer and play Mass Effect.
Like right now, I did hop on my netbook intending to poke something writing related, but nope. Doing this instead. And almost bedtime for kiddies. And I won't be far behind. Sleepies. Very very sleepies.
And the children are still putting hair things in my hair. :|
