Whew! Whatta weekend!
Friday - saw Star Trek w/ my son - YAY - was a really really good piece of film to this Trekker. Nice homage-lines & scenes. We saw a 6:30pm show in IMAX (not sure if was worth the money - had crappy seats due to traffic). Several more "noticeable" homages got widespread laughs/claps/chuckles -and some more subtle ones still got noticed. And LOTS of applause at the end. Much murmuring @ the trailers for T:Salvation & TF:ROTF, less for Potter.
Saturday - went to the Baltimore/Arundel Mills Medieval Times w/ son & some friends. Was my 3/4th time, son's 2nd or 3rd. Was enjoyable - Black & White knight FTW - and I always seem to be seeing the shows that knight wins at LOL.
Sat evening - RIFTs game - enjoyable. My CyberKnight got to do good deeds & earn reputation w/ my group-mates.
Sunday - son played WOW and was generally lovey-dovey. Nearly had a panic attack afraid I'd lost my primary check-card (my purse had spilled on Sat when getting out of the car - thought I'd snagged everything). Back home- searched again - found it. Then got some exp on WOW myself. Then taken to dinner by a good friend, which is our usual Mother's Day tradition.
All dragons saved; house not too trashed; no spoiled food; clean clothes for me & munchkin.
