Today, of all days...
Perhaps I'm just a little crazy, and maybe it's just a coincidence, but humor me and read on...
About an hour ago, a ladybug came strolling over my desk. You're thinking, "so what?" For one, it's the middle of winter, where the heck did the ladybug come from? Today is also the day that my grandmother passed away, several years ago. I like to believe that those who love us and have passed on, will send signs to let us know they are watching over us. Ladybugs seem to be one of those signs for me. I'm feeling a different sort of relaxed and comforted in my heart right now. I also feel cruddy, in my mind, because we didn't go up to visit my grandmother's grave today. :(
