By all means. I will surely see to it that I stop by later today. The Circus Carnivore, if I'm not mistaken. Once I have attended to these immediate tasks I will surely come by for this little tea party of yours.

A door that led him to a great hall with a table full of asymmetrical chairs and a sweet banquet served. ]

He felt he had reason to be curious - if someone you can't remember states that they know you it was hard to resist the temptation to question them. But he was attempting to be cautious as well. Just because they claimed to know him, claimed to be on friendly terms didn't mean that was necessarily the case. Still, benefit of the doubt and all that. If the visit proved fruitful it would most certainly not be a waste.
Pausing in the doorway of the great hall, he blinked a few times, his back straightening as he made a noise of casual surprise at the image before him before reasserting his expression and continuing forward, on the look out for the host of the tea party. ]

Greetings and salutations! Welcome to this humble jester's abode, Kyoya!
[ Mad Hatter came through the closed door, dressed in a victorian fashion with red, black and white clothing that emphasized the ambiguously gendered framed the jester both loved and hated. Sie tipped hir hat and curled hir feminine lips into a grin. ]
Come in and willingly take a seat.

And to you also, such a very kind welcome. I believe it would be rude of me not to.
[ Tentatively, he rests a hand on the back of one of the chairs, pulling it back carefully before moving to take a seat as suggested, keeping his eyes upon the other as subtly as he possibly could, but after they had literally come through the door it seemed justified in his mind. ]

Ohhhhh. One has forgotten the tea! How there could be a Mad Tea Party without tea? Dreary mistake!
[ Hir hand get into the hat, registering for a good minute until it comes out, holding a steamy pot. ]
There it was. A cup for the growing young man?

Offering a slight smile he folds his fingers together in a light arc upon the top of the table. ]
Ahh, but aren't misplaced items always located in the more typical of places?
And I would surely be a terrible guest at a tea party if I shied away from the offer of a cup. Thank you, you're a very kind host.

[ Sie pours the tea into the cup and returns the pot back into the hat. ]

[ Regarding the cup for a moment there was a reminder to be cautious and the idea of poison or narcotic hiding the liquid. Caution, not paranoia, now... He smiled then, drawing the cup toward him carefully to inhale the scent briefly ]
None for yourself during our conversation and reacquaintance, Hatter?

[ Belial sits and takes notice of his caution, hir question isn't mean to be serious and shrugs, lifting a goblet filled with something else, something that doesn't look too legal by the Japanese standards. ]
One has special made tea to drink.

[ Lifting the cup as if about to sip, Kyouya pauses to curiously watch the Hatter's action and acknowledge his words before giving a short noise of amusement. Taking the tea to his lips then he bites the bullet as it were and drinks, expression appearing calm as he places it down upon the table once more. ]
Now, I believe you were going to regale my past in this fair City to me and details of our friendship, were you not?

[ Belial begins with a strong epilogue, an unhappy one. ]
When you were murdered and decided to be taught the skilled art of persuasion to have others grant your life back.

Murdered?
By whom? For what reason? Wha--

Ah, my apologies... You just informed me you were about to tell me. Please, go on.

[ Sie sips hir drink as explains what happened. ]
A hungry vampire turned you into walking zombie and you were killed. He was cursed, the poor thing, and ravished. You chose this humble abode as the safest shelter for you and yours.
