Deep Shit
so I got into a pretty bad fight on Friday nite...if you've seen my myspace, you've seen how bad my injuries are.
Because of the fact I don't remember most of the fight (due to the alcohol/concussion) I have no idea how this is all gonna turn out.
I've been accused of assault (I fought back), damage to government property (he put my head through his kitchen wall and says I did it on purpose) and damage to personal property (I threw an ashtray at his car).
Because everyone there (me, the 2 guys who fought me) was drunk, I believe that nobody's recollection of what happened should be considered in anyway truthful. And this goes for myself as well. I will pay for the damages regardless of whose fault it is. I may have acted in self-defense, I cannot know for sure. All I know is that the main assailant is bigger, stronger and a trained boxer. If you see my injuries, I think it's pretty obvious that I was the one assaulted.
Regardless, because this is the military, I have no idea how this is all going to turn out legally. I may be getting kicked out or nothing at all may happen. All I really know is I need to stop drinking.
I guess I've turned into an angry drunk...this isnt the first time I've gone into a blind rage while drunk. I may have deserved all my injuries...he may have acted in defense not me.
