yesterday was a lounge day.. karina taught me

i got so toasted! im like a cherry and it hurts to put my pack on. im gonna have a killer tan tho if i dont peel. today i was on busses and i am now in granada, nicaragua. its very different. it scares me a little. i am not improving my spanish all too much in speaking, but i can understand it very well. i am really sick of stupid guys gawking all the time its gross, iv been hit on, whistled at, clicked at, and every other sound you can make with your mouth. i am really happy for the power women have in the states. it gives us so much freedom. me mom and karina ate at a really cute cafe and met a couple who are biologists from massachutsetts and who live in costa rica. they have a blonde litttle girl who sang us half the song baby face perfectly while dancing too. she was hillarious. the couple lives half in costa rica and half in nicaragua. they are sooo cool. bush haters, but instead of running away they are "fighting it right in the belly." they were soo cool. i will write again asap. love
