I feel lucky and sad at the same time when i see the devastation in Lousiana, Mississippi and Alabama. New Orleans is 80% water. It's pretty sad. So many people cant get to their houses or around; roads are impossible to walk on or to drive. I am lucky because I can sit here and just comtemplate something of which I have no real experience only wonder what might someone be feeling and going through in these hard times. I'm lucky because I can just look in and still keep moving to something else after this. I'm lucky because im detached from this and because we forget how to reach out to people. No....I'm not lucky for that...but then fortunate is a better word.
It was nice to hang out with Marilyn again. I got to celebrate her birthday tonight. Good times!
