The silence makes me lonely
A couple weeks ago Xenia was riding in the car with me and she said "Lost in the Supermarket" sounds like a song that would play in the background of some 80s movie when there's a sequence of some guy running. I guess he'd be running to go do something dramatic.
AM! wearing a cowboy hat is instant hilarity.
Last night at band practice we wrote a new song. It just needs words but I like it SOO much. We wrote it really fast since I play bass in it and it's pretty simple (we will probably complicate it up later.) And I said something like, "My life would be so much easier if I just played bass all the time!" and Pope was like, "Find another cello player and you can!" But I wouldn't do that, playing cello is just as fun. I think it's just more work.
I am doing lots of recording next week. I hope it goes well. I'm going to take a stab at recording with the acoustic instead of my electric cello and see if it makes any difference. Then I will be in the other room so Rick won't make faces and obscene gestures at me.
