AirAsia, через как минимум пять недель после того, как стало известно об отмене рейсов из Тяньцзиня, и всего за две с половиной недели до самого рейса, решила нас осчастливить, прислав письмо счастья.

Dear Valued Guest,

We refer to your flight D7 2613 on [Saturday, 26th December 2009], scheduled to depart at 0820am from Tianjin Binhai International Airport.

We have temporarily suspended flights to/from Tianjin from 23rd November 2009 to 31st January 2010 due to adverse weather conditions and poor demand. Therefore, we regret to inform that your flight mentioned above has been cancelled.

We expect to resume services to/from Tianjin from 1st February 2010.

Please contact us at airasiax@airasia.com , if you

· wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;
· wish to move to any other AirAsia X destinations, namely, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Taipei, Gold Coast, Perth, Melbourne and Abu Dhabi at no additional cost
· have any concerns you would like us to address; or
· require a letter for your travel insurance provider.

We apologies for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your valued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
