If you want strength, it's a toss up between the eleventh and the twelfth. If you want to drag the remaining captain in too, the fifth, though he stays with the eleventh from what I can tell, so either one would be capable of transmitting it if you were to make it in such a manner. The fourth associates with the unseated from the third mostly, as does the fifth, who also associates with the sixth from time to time. There are the two seated from the eleventh, and the one seated and one unseated from the thirteenth as well.

Personally though, making the runt the carrier would be far more fitting.

The l-little Arrancar will do. It's up to y-you. I'm flexible. And I l-love my work, so I'll be p-perfectly happy to do a little extra to m-make it affect the Shinigami properly.

I'm also open t-to suggestions for what effects you would like for it t-to cause? I have a number of ideas, but it's h-hard to decide. And you d-deserve a present for helping so much.

With disease, options are p-pretty unlimited. You've s-seen white-hair, I'm sure.. Tuberculosis is a w-wasting disease. There are also those th-that simply cause pain, or bleeding, or deterioration of th-the internal organs. R-rotting of the skin. Things that affect the n-nervous system and the brain itself.

Oh--remove h-higher brain functions. Affect the memory. Things l-like coordination, the s-senses, movement, rational th-thought. These are all th-things that are controlled by the brain and able to b-be tampered with. There's more, of course, but I h-have to really be into my work for them.

If you can then. For them to lose control and for their reiatsu to act as a posion, slowly destroying them. Especially if they attempt to use it to heal.
