Along that line, I've been taking a little time to explore on foot. This city really is so much bigger than I'm used to! Even though I consider myself a city-boy, I'm starting to think I might need to re-evaluate that. I still feel more like a tourist than a resident.
I have found some amazing places to set up and paint, though I haven't actually had the chance to do so. Besides. Canvasses are heavy and awkward to carry - definitely better for a simple single-destination travel plan instead of the exploring I've been doing. Hmmm.... Now that I think of it, though, I do have smaller canvasses I could carry around, and I have a case they'd fit in that wouldn't be too much of a bother. Maybe next time, I'll do that~
