howdy how how!
soooooOOooo updates eh? well i've had a few awesome weeks here at UCSC. "it's getting better!" I finished my quilt last week, and good god is it ever snoogletastic! here's a picture. (yes that is my "dorm" room, and yes i know it's awesome) anyhow. my quilt. my pride and joy! finally a piece of work that i'm proud of! yay! ususally i finish something, stare at it, then tuck it back in my art-bin. but this...oh yes this quilt is already adored by many, and cuddled in by very, very few. My housemate already tried to steal it. i just have a few more touches to do on it, but other than that, it's the first nice looking/practical thing i've ever made, so i'm excited!
Matt came to visit again this weekend, as he did last weekend too. we've had some good times especially hanging out with my good friends Allie, Tyler, Sam, Christiny and cowboy Matt. oh such good times were had. and lemme just say this. 'you can fit a lot of people in that jesus bathroom' thank yoooou jesus!!! (if you're curious because you've missed out on the festivities, IM me and mmaaaybe if you're special, i'll tell you) but only if you're special.
I Welded a lot today. i loooove welding! it was my first time actually creating something. im' making a giant steel eyeball. its pretty cool, except my professor doesnt like it. but that's mostly because she's um...anal about "concept" and i'm just good with aesthetics, and namely creativity. (ok so i'm not even that good with aesthetics, but we can pretend)
I witnessed first rain this weekend. and NO i did not participate. no one needs to see me naked. but good GOD i saw a lot of cock. and gross cock at that. *blech*
man, i made an awesome dinner tonight. i love having a kitchen; and more importantely i love having food! and then we made cookies!
