Today I'm 31... I'm okay with that. I had a good day, it was fun. Escape room, olive garden, Ulta beauty, cookie cake. Grateful for another year... And yet here I feel so sad... It has nothing to do with my birthday. It was a great day.
Last night I looked into the mirror and hated what I saw. It isn't the first time and won't be the last time... Not sure what triggered it. I wish I didn't feel this way, but depression is a awful thing.
Also gonna start esthetician school soon...
