Ianthony Drabbles - A

“Come on, man, a deal’s a deal!” Anthony could barely get the words out of his mouth through his laughter. “And it’s not even permanent!”
“I know, I’m just… Thinking of a good place to get it done,” Ian replied, standing in front of the door to the tattoo parlor.
“Right here across your heart sounds good to me,” Anthony teased, poking Ian on the chest before dragging him inside.
Having run out of ideas for an episode of Ian is Bored (and refusing to do yet another “Mailtime with Smosh”), Ian had challenged Anthony to a “Who can eat more jalapeño peppers without bursting into flames” contest. The loser would have to get an airbrush tattoo of the winner’s choosing. And of course, being the self-proclaimed “spice-master” of the pair, Anthony won.
After a quick, whispered explanation to the heavily pierced woman behind the counter, she led Anthony and Ian to the chair. “Now close your eyes,” Anthony instructed, allowing Ian to sit down. He was about to object when Anthony took matters into his own hands and covered Ian’s eyes himself. “No peeking!”
It only took about five minutes to do (excluding the time it took to wrestle off Ian’s shirt), and Anthony’s hand remained over Ian’s eyes the whole time. “Alright, you’re done,” the woman said, turning off the brushes. Anthony removed his hand and let Ian look at his new ink.
“Really, man?” he asked, rolling his blue eyes.
            “I think it’s cute.”
It was rather small, but Anthony was pleased. Ian’s normally pale and creamy chest was decorated with the words “I ❤ Ant”, the paint still shiny and slightly moist.
“And how long exactly will this last?” Ian asked the woman as Anthony paid for the paint job.
“About two weeks,” she said, closing the register. The pair turned to leave as the woman spoke up once more. “And you have to leave your shirt off for half an hour to let it dry, kid!” she called out.
Anthony’s grin couldn’t have been any wider.
