you know you showed me that poem (i can't find the initial comment, maybe you deleted it). i liked it. the disjointedness & the immediacy. those poems are like canvasses of the mind; you're just trying to weed through the muck, at the same time, you need to extract the core of what you want to say, and say it even if it comes out in this convoluted, scrambled jumble of images & metaphors & stream-of-consciousness, subconscious angst, clarity, fortitude, self-preservation.

thank you for thinking i'm getting better. i don't know if it's a qualitative judgement, i know i'm getting over it, as for advancing myself in the process - maybe. maybe these are just necessary steps to get somewhere firstly beyond, and then better.

i deleted, reposted, and then screened. i felt it was too personal to post in my journal, should have been in an email or something.

it is tv static. i stayed home saturday night because my parents complained i'm never home. first time in years i tried to watch tv that night and got static.

after watching the static i decided it was enough tv for one night!
