The New Tune Show
Went to E(veryday)M(usic) with Joel after my volunteer shift at the P(ortland)A(rt)M(useum), and I got three used C(ompact)D(isc)s:
- The new Death Vessel Album, which is CUTE! Love it!
- Spiritualized(R)'s Ladies and gentlemen we are floating in space.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! I got the Semisonic album "all about chemistry". AAAAHHH, this was my favorite album in high school and early college, and then one day it was under a shirt and I stepped on it (it broke). Since that day I've been half-heartedly looking for a replacement. Today I got it. Oh man, YES.
I almost got one of the Crash Test Dummies albums that I don't have, but I decided the ones I had already chosen were enough.

Joel got some sketchbooks today so he can start a new project, which is to draw a comic autobiography. He is being 400% more productive than I am. Ha ha! I am, though, starting to think about making something myself. We'll see what happens with that. Aden visited me from Spokane a couple days ago, and seeing him got me motivated. CREATE!
